We're here just to let you know that the Smoke Test and the first surveys went so smoothly and no issues have been found ૮₍ „ ´ ヮ `„ ₎ა✧˖° Surveys have been therefore sent to all backers! ૮₍ ˵◕ ヮ ◕˵ ₎ა ̖́-
If you can't find yours, please check your spam folder! Or contact us if you've used your apple id as your backer e-mail, cause in that case the e-mail address needs to be changed with another one for you to receive your survey~
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. Surveys will be closed right before the start of the items' production~
ᴄʜᴀʀɢᴇꜱ
Your cards will be not charged right away for any eventual add-on, pledge upgrades or pre-orders, but only when we get closer to the actual dispatchment phase! When your reward selections will be locked and your cards charged, you will still be able to update your shipping Address (in case of moving or other similar necessities), up until we lock addresses right before we start shipping.
❗ Please note: naturally, if the charge of your card in Backerkit will result in errored/failed payment, you'll not receive neither the items added through your survey after the campaign, nor your original pledged item(s) on Kickstarter. This because the shipping is charged through Backerkit and if you don't pay them, your items can't be shipped.
If you don't answer your survey within the deadline date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed. The sooner you'll fill it out, the sooner we'll able to know the exact number of items to order and finally start the production! ૮₍❀^ ɷ ^❀₎ა

Just wanted to let you all know that finally the Smoke Test for this project is out! That means that some of you will receive an e-mail from Backerkit where is requested to fill your survey in~

This test involves only the 5% of backers and helps us spotting any eventual issue with the surveys, so please don't worry if you haven't received yours yet! If everything goes well and no errors are detected, we'll send the surveys out to the rest of the backers ૮₍ „ ^ ɷ ^„ ₎ა

We're finally here with the first update after the end of the campaign! First and foremost, we'd like to sincerely apologize for the radio silence in the meantime. We have been facing serious health issues recently, which have made it challenging to keep up with work and even with our daily activities (the lovely people on our Discord already know a bit more about this). We just want you to know that -despite everything- we're working really hard to tackle these obstacles and make sure everything keeps running smoothly as much as we can!
ᴡʜᴀᴛ ʜᴀᴘᴘᴇɴꜱ ɴᴏᴡ?
Talking about the campaign, unfortunately the final three new Stretch goals ended up being locked again within the end of the campaign. This means they will not be put into production UNLESS they're unlocked now: we're in fact working on a way to create some post-campaign Stretch Goals to unlock them the same on Backerkit, even if the campaign itself is ended! ૮₍ ˵^ ɷ ^˵ ₎ა
We sincerely apologize for this situation, and we understand that some of you were particularly excited about those additional goals ૮₍ ˵◕´ ɷ `◕˵ ₎ა So we really hope we'll be able to fund them now through the Backerkit Pre-order Store or through the Backerkit Surveys! ૮₍ ˵◕ ヮ ◕˵ ₎ა✧˖° More details to come soon~
If we won't be able to unlock them even in the post-campaign, we'd like to reassure those who pledged for the unreached goals, that the extra amount they pledged it's seen as credit and can still be used to cover shipping expenses -that are charged through Backerkit afterwards- or to add other extra pins in the BackerKit Survey ૮₍ ˵● ɷ ●˵ ₎ა♡

If you're among the few errored backers, and you didn't manage to fix your payment within the 7 days from the end date of the campaign, you will be automatically dropped out by Kickstarter and you will not receive any of your rewards. But please don't worry, if you want to recover it and still receive your goodies, your pledge can also be collected on Backerkit in a later moment: we'll send you a direct e-mail for this in the next days -after the surveys are all set. So please check your mail box!
Also, we'll soon open the dedicated Pre-order Store for all those who missed the campaign! So, please stay tuned for that as well if you're among those ̖́-

We need to know what and where we need to ship the rewards, as always! That's why we’ll send out a Survey through BackerKit to collect this information from all the backers. We're currently working on manually preparing the surveys for all the tiers; this may take up some time. You should expect to receive it after approx. 14+ business days from today. Through the Survey you'll be able to finally select which exact items you want. But! You'll also be able to add even more add-ons in the Survey and get more items with your pledge, even now that the campaign has ended!
✦ᴘʀᴏᴅᴜᴄᴛɪᴏɴ ꜱᴛᴀʀᴛꜱ
For the production and fulfillment to be started, funds are needed to be transfered over to us and this process can take up to 20+ business days. After we'll have the funds in hands and everyone (or the vast majority) will have answered the surveys, we'll able to actually start the production of the rewards with our manufacturers.
